　　2020年是海南自由贸易港的开局之年。在习近平总书记“4·13”重要讲话两周年之际，为落实省委省政府关于健全招商引资工作机制和营造国际一流的营商环境的要求，畅通全球投资者与海南自由贸易港的联系渠道，为全球投资者提供更优质、更贴身、更便捷的服务，海南国际经济发展局推出全球投资服务热线4008-413-413，热线从3月9号起试运行。

　　试运行期间，热线将提供中文和英文两种语言服务，解答企业关注的海南自贸港政策、行业投资机会和投资地选择等问题。热线将24小时开通，人工客服时间为周一至周五上午8:00至12：00，下午14:30至18:00(北京时间)，其余时间可留言咨询。海南经发局将建立“企业服务员”制度，指定专人负责对企业的全流程服务，并且通过“横向联动，纵向协调”的工作机制，联合各部门和市县园区，共同为投资者提供专业服务，协调解决企业项目落地中遇到的问题和困难，为全球投资者搭建一站式服务平台，打造“不一般”的服务体验。

　　Hainan Launches Global Investment Service Hotline 4008-413-413

　　Welcome to call!

　　Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development（IEDB）has launched a global investment service hotline 4008-413-413.

　　2020 as the opening year of Hainan Free Trade Port and the 2nd anniversary of the important speech delivered by President Xi Jinping, on April 13, 2018. On this special occasion, IEDB has launched a global investment service hotline 4008-413-413, which was put into trial operation from March 9. With this hotline, global investors can benefit from easy access to Hainan Free Trade Port and enjoy better, more targeted and convenient services. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government are working hard to optimize the mechanism for attracting foreign direct investment and provide a world-class business environment.

　　During the trial operation, both Chinese and English services will be available. Hotline users can find more information on multiple topics, such as Hainan Free Trade Port policy, industry investment opportunities and investment destination choices. The hotline will be open 24 hours a day, while manual service time is 8:00-12:00 a.m. and 14:30-18:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday(GMT+8). You can leave a message for consultation at the rest time. Additionally, a Corporate service provider - a designated staff, will be available through the entire process of the enterprise. Through the horizontal linkage, vertical coordination working mechanism, investors will have professional troubleshooters available should any problem and difficulty occur during the implementation of corporate projects. That is how IEDB is working together with other departments and municipalities, and county industrial parks in their commitment to offering a one-stop service platform and creating a unique service experience for global investors.
